Why I picked it: For a time, in the United States, this song was an anthem against an older President Bush, and the social problems in America, and many Americans at the time just ate it up, never knowing that the brilliant musician was, in fact, from Toronto. Plus Neil Young is just ----ing fantastic.

The whole album rocks and indeed in the early nineties this was the tune that rocked the world. Still like the song!
